The China Expert Network is formally a sub-structure of the International Relations Committee of the European System of Central Banks (ESCBs), chaired by the Director General of the ECB International and European Relations Directorate General. The network represents a collection of experts working on China, primarily drawn from the central bank and international organisations community, including the ECB, ESCBs, the Federal Reserve, as well as the European Commission, IMF, and the PBoC Frankfurt Office, among many others.
