Michael Groß has been cooperating with the "Center for Leadership and Behavior" at Goethe University since 2014, where he cooperates in studies on current topics in leadership and organizational development. Since 2016, he has been a lecturer in human resources management for the subject area of organization and leadership in the digital age. In 2023, he was appointed honorary professor by Goethe University. In his main profession, he is managing partner of Groß & Cie. GmbH, Königstein im Taunus. The consultancy focuses on change management and talent management in companies, for example for successful digital transformation, in restructurings or for post-merger integrations. He is also the author of special interest books such as the "Change Manager Handbook" and "Digital Leader Gamebook".
