Prof. Nick Zubanov, Ph.D.


Nick Zubanov is since October 2016 a professor in Organisational Economics at the University of Konstanz. In 2013-2016 he worked as a professor of management science and strategy at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main. After completing his doctorate at the University of Birmingham (UK) in 2007, he worked until 2009 at CPB Netherlands Bureau for Economic Policy Analysis. Returning to academia, he worked at Tilburg University and Erasmus University in Rotterdam before joining Goethe University. He is a trained empirical labour economist. His research interests include topics in employee turnover, firm performance, workforce diversity and motivation, and incentives.
