Sebastian Koch is a doctoral student at the Chair of Human Resource Management. His research focuses on hiring. Before joining the Department of Management and Microeconomics in 2018, he obtained a master’s degree in Economics at the University of Cologne and a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration at Goethe University Frankfurt with stays abroad at the New School for Social Research in New York and Bocconi University in Milan.
