About

Yunchou Zhang joined the Chair of Human Resource Management (Prof. Guido Friebel) as a Postdoctoral Researcher in February 2026. He holds a PhD in Economics from The University of Hong Kong (2025).

His research interests lie in Organizational Economics, Contract Theory, and Personnel Economics. He primarily utilizes theoretical models, with a special focus on relational contracts, to study these areas. Currently, he is investigating the impact of Artificial Intelligence on organizations and management.
