Hadi Yehia is a PhD student under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Lars Schweizer at Goethe University Frankfurt. He completed his bachelor's degree in the summer of 2022 within three semesters. In October 2022, he began a master's program at Goethe University, which he successfully completed in August 2024.

Since September 2022, Hadi Yehia has been working at Commerzbank. His professional focus lies in the field of Structured Finance, especially on Project Finance, Export Finance and Trade Finance. During this time, he also gained experience in Acquisition Finance  and Restructuring. Although based in Frankfurt, Hadi Yehia frequently travels for work and can often be found in cities such as Hamburg and London.

His research focuses on the integration of ESG criteria in the context of M&A transactions, particularly examining how these criteria can contribute to value creation.
