Lukas Immanuel Holz is a doctoral candidate under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Lars Schweizer at Goethe University in Frankfurt. He first completed a Bachelor’s degree in Management & Economics at Ruhr University Bochum, followed by a Master’s degree in Finance at the Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon.

His professional experience spanned a wide range, from cancer research to private equity. With the Global Chemicals M&A Team of Stifel he participated in multiple deals with a total enterprise value exceeding one billion euros.

In his research, he focuses on valuation models for patents in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. His main areas of interest include M&A processes, entrepreneurial finance, and strategic management.
