Lars Pilz is deputy dean of studies at the Faculty of Economics and Business at Goethe-Universität in Frankfurt. After studying at Goethe-Universität, the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and the Vrije Universiteit van Amsterdam, he completed his PhD in economics at the Goethe-Universität. In addition to teaching economics and European integration at the Faculty of Economics and Business, he is also director of the Bachelor Programme for Finance and Accounting at the German-Vietnamese University in Ho Chi Minh City and director of the Double Bachelor Programme with the Université Paris-Dauphine. He was a visiting professor at the Université Lyon II, Fudan University in Shanghai and the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico.
