Eva Maria Katharina Koscher is Professor of International Business Administration at SRH University, Campus Leipzig. She studied Business Administration at the University of Augsburg and earned her doctorate at Goethe University Frankfurt. She also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice in Higher Education from Coventry University and is a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy. She has taught at several universities in Germany and the UK and is a multiple Best Teaching Award recipient, known for her interactive, student-centered teaching. Her practical experience includes roles in consulting, business development at an international law firm, and the education start-up sector.

Her research focuses on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) / ESG, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and Strategic Management, with particular interest in the social and institutional embeddedness of managerial action and corporate strategy. At Goethe University, she teaches Strategic Management and Corporate Social Responsibility and supervises Master’s and PhD theses.
