Marco Hochhaus is a research associate at the Chair of Business Administration, with a focus on Strategic Management, at Goethe University Frankfurt. He is also Managing Director of Hochhaus GmbH, a strategy-oriented consulting firm specializing in entrepreneurial development, organizational structuring, and transaction preparation.

He studied Pharmaceutical Bioprocess Engineering (M.Sc.) at the Technical University of Munich and completed a Pharma MBA at Goethe Business School in Frankfurt am Main.

His work lies at the intersection of strategic management and entrepreneurial practice. He focuses on the structural development of companies, strategic positioning, and the preparation of entrepreneurial options, including transaction and exit readiness. In addition to his consulting activities, he has experience in founding, acquiring, and developing companies, particularly in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
