Ella-Maria Schirra has joined the Ph.D. program in Economics at the Graduate School of Economics, Finance, and Management in 2021. Simultaneously, she is pursuing a master's degree in "Quantitative Economics", also at the Graduate School. She completed her B.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration at Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany.

Prior to her employment as a research assistant at the Chair of Human Resource Management and the Chair of Industrial Organization, she has already worked as a student assistant in the department. Her research interests focus primarily on the intersection of behavioral economics, artificial intelligence, and applied microeconomics.
